This sea moss has absolutely changed my life in the space of a month, I initially bought it to help with weight management and suppressing my appetite and overall gut health but oh my goodness the other health benefits that have come with it our out of this world! I have so much energy all day and can do a 12 hour shift at work without feeling tired , I feel generally happier as it has improved my mood, I’ve also noticed that if I go out drinking, I wake up feeling refreshed and without a hangover.

Since finishing the first jar , I had to wait a few days for the next one to come and my body felt lost without it and you really feel the difference. I was sluggish, tired and had a really low mood also bloated!

The taste honestly isn’t that bad to me, I eat it straight from the jar first thing in the morning and that’s me for the day and I’m ready to go but if you are sensitive to textures I would put it in a smoothies so it’s easier to mask the feel and taste

This is a 10/10 for me and I recommend all the way

Ok, I officially love this product.
All the flavours are lovely, but i especially love the Turmeric and I add a bit of cayenne to my smoothie.
Im not usually a berry person,but the Elderberry is unexpectedly lovely too, as is the Moringa!

I love that they dont taste too 'sea' and i can just FEEL that my body says yes as it wants more.

This has become part of my daily morning smoothie and i really recommend this product.

I also didn't realise that there are different types and qualities of seamoss.

Having tried others that seemingly aren't IRISH, i can confirm that this product and company both get a big YES! from me :)

What a brilliant idea to have a taster bundle!

I've bought other seamoss in the past, thinking they were all equal, and noticed a very 'sea' taste in them.

Now I've had the comparison, I get what excellent quality, IRISH seamoss (the real deal!) should taste like!

I loved all flavours, and they literally taste full of life.

My body says a big yes!

I am ordering my second jar of sea moss, it seems to have lifted me physically and emotionally.
I have been stirring it into a glass of water - the texture took some getting used to.
I like the idea of nutrients coming from natural sources, something feels odd about swallowing factory processed vitamin pills. A spoon full of strange jelly from the sea feels more aligned with nature's intention.

It has made an impact in my body within a few days. I noticed my sleeping pattern and quality was better, my skin glows more, my nails are stronger, my hair quality is better and my whole body is calmer with less pain. Thank you, the moss way!😊

I tried it for the first time last month and after you get used to the texture it’s fine ! I am definitely buying it again as I actually believe it’s helping :) my energy levels seem to be better … I feel awsome ! X

Really enjoying my first batch of sea moss. Have added it to smoothies, pancakes and even soups. After 3 weeks I am already seeing some noticeable benefits.

Really good product. Very easy to use & a really effective substitute in plant-based cooking, to increase nutritional value. I’ve used this in cakes as a replacement of eggs (as a binder) & it has worked surprisingly well

I have taken the original sea moss for 4 weeks and will be ordering my next jar, found it has given me more energy but also people have commented on my skin, definitely a little golden nugget I stopped taking all my other vitamins.

Started taking this about 3 weeks ago and can really notice a difference in my energy levels. I have stopped taking all the multi vitamins and now just take a spoonful of this every day.
Very impressed so far.
